2021

Project Launch

ScifiPunks began as a passion project in March 2021. It is a limited edition collection of iconic sci-fi characters immortalized in punk form on the Ethereum blockchain.
ScifiPunks is a live collection, and each 1/1 edition is hand-generated by @patternbase, and minted as they are completed.

ScifiPunks #1-100

During 2021, the first 100 ScifiPunks were minted.

Discord Launch

In October 2022, we launched the official ScifiPunks Discord server where our community could connect, chat all things scifi & share thoughts on the project's progression & evolution.

Bringing ScifiPunks into Cryptovoxels

In December, we started building a home base for ScifiPunks in Cryptovoxels on the Far Far Away island, and launched a collection of voxel collectibles that you can bring into the CV world.

2022

Airdrop to early supporters

As a thank you to our early supporters, we airdropped voxel gifts to all ScifiPunk holders after ScifiPunk #100 was minted. Snapshots were taken on Dec. 31, 2021 at 11:59pm CST, and gifts were airdropped to holders on January 1, 2022.

Introduction of ScifiPunk Medallions

ScifiPunk Medallions were created as a way to reward holders for project participation. Each token has a specific function, which will be stated in the item’s description. Some can be exchanged for items such as custom wearables or custom punks, while other tokens may grant entry into future phases of the project or upcoming airdrops.
